Developer: Stephen Tatsumi

Stephen Tatsumi was one of Mattel Electronics’ in-house programmers, the Blue Sky Rangers, and designed games for the company’s M Network label. The site has his Swordfight, a two-player duel between knights who are far larger than most 2600 characters, partly drawn with background graphics. Mattel finished it in 1983 but shelved it, and it only came out in 2000 on a small run of cartridges from Intellivision Productions. Tatsumi also designed Kool-Aid Man for the 2600.
