Developer: Tokar

Tokar is the developer credit on Birthday Mania, a 1984 cartridge from the Personal Games Company. It was made as a present: the label reads “Happy Birthday to” above a blank space for a name. No manual or box is documented, and screenshots suggest a simple shooting game with birthday candles. AtariAge rates it “unbelievably rare”, so an emulator is the only way most people will see it.
