Video Gems was a Hong Kong label whose Atari 2600 cartridges were released in Europe in 1983. They were made for PAL televisions only and never came out in North America. Programmers are not credited, and some of the games have no surviving manual. The site has four Video Gems cartridges:

Surfer’s Paradise: But Danger Below!: ride a wave, jump a shark and swim through a sunken galleon if you fall off.
Missile Control: a city-defence shooter in which later waves need bank shots off your own missiles.
