Release date: 1989/1990

This page lists games whose release year is recorded on the site as “1989/1990”, because no single year was settled. It currently holds one game: Ikari Warriors, Atari Corporation’s conversion of SNK’s 1986 arcade shooter, in which one or two soldiers fight through jungle and enemy bases to rescue a captured colonel. It was one of the last licensed 2600 games in North America, and its date is still disputed: Wikipedia gives July 1990, while Atari Archive places it in March 1991.
