How to play Paris Attack online
- Aim the cannon: left and right arrow keys
- Fire: Space bar
- Player 2 (two-player game, attacking side): T/F/G/H to move the cursor, hold A to lock onto a missile and release A to drop it
- Choose one or two players: F11 (the consoleās Select switch)
- Start a new game: F12 (the consoleās Reset switch)
Gameplay
A cannon sits in the middle of the ground with three energy stations on each side. Waves of missiles gather in the sky and dive at your stations, and you swing the cannon through its seven firing angles to shoot them down. Only two of your shots can be on screen at once, so timing matters more than rapid fire. Each wave is more aggressive than the last. In the U.S. Games original, each missile is worth 100 points in the first six waves and 200 after that.
In the two-player game, one player defends while the other chooses which missiles to drop, and both players take the same number of turns on attack and defence. A missile that lands on the cannon knocks it out for two seconds.
