Developer: Avalon Hill

Avalon Hill was an American company best known for war and strategy board games. Through its video game arm it released only five Atari 2600 cartridges, all of them rare today, and they lean towards planning and puzzles rather than shooting.
The site has four of them. In Shuttle Orbiter, designed by Bill Hood, you pilot the shuttle Challenger to finish building a space station before your fuel runs out. Out of Control (1983), designed by Jim Jacob, is a race against the clock with a drifting spaceship and nothing to shoot. London Blitz, programmed by William J. Sheppard, puts you in wartime London defusing bombs, each one a small logic puzzle. The fourth is Death Trap.
Play all four below in your browser.
