Developer: Tomas Härdin

Tomas “Tjoppen” Härdin is a homebrew programmer. His Bell Hopper placed fifth in the game development competition at the Assembly Summer 2011 demoparty. The first release was PAL only, and an NTSC build with full source code followed in October 2011.
