How to play Radar online
- Move your UFO: arrow keys
- Fire: Space bar
- Start a new game: F12 (the console’s Reset switch)
Gameplay
The one-page leaflet that came with the Zellers cartridge, printed in English and French, gives the game a new story: treasure lies on the ocean floor, guarded by gun batteries and radar screens, and your UFO can only claim it once all of them are destroyed. On screen it is the same game as Exocet: you fly over a landscape shooting cannon towers, then dive into an underground tunnel. The leaflet lists one player and a single game. For scoring and the full rules, see the Exocet page.
One game, many labels
Zellers sold several renamed Taiwanese copies of 2600 games, such as Ocean City Defender, a copy of Atlantis. Sancho’s game itself appears on AtariMania as Bandit, Cruise Missile, Exocet, Exoset Missile and Space Eagle, and CCE sold another cartridge called Radar in Brazil.
