How to play Dice Puzzle online
- Move the selector around the edge of the board: arrow keys
- Add one to every die in the chosen line: Space bar
- Deal a new puzzle: F12 (the console’s Reset switch)
Gameplay
The board is a four-by-four grid of dice. When you switch on, every die shows a one; pressing Reset scrambles them into random numbers from one to six, and the manual promises that every puzzle can be solved. A small square travels along the left side and the top of the board. Press fire and every die in the row or column next to it goes up by one. Diagonal lines can be changed as well. The aim is to turn all sixteen dice into sixes as quickly as possible and in as few moves as possible.
A warning sounds every five minutes, and the time limit is one hour. When the last die shows six, the game stops and shows how long you took and how many moves you needed.
